Delivery times may vary during peak times such as holiday periods.

We aim to address and dispatch all orders within a maximum of 5 working days. Typically, orders are shipped the same day via our automated system.

Orders made online to a delivery address within Australia will typically arrive between 1 to 6 business days from date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Please ensure that delivery details are double checked before checkout, as our system is an automatic dispatch system and orders cannot be amended once placed.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
  • Customers are responsible to have someone representing them at the delivery address to sign and accept the delivery.
  • Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, or if incorrect details are provided during the checkout process.
  • When your order is shipped you will be sent an email confirmation which will include an order number and must be used when enquiring about your order.
  • Once dispatched and tracking details provided, AMATI Accessories accepts no responsibility for delivery delays or loss of parcels. This must be pursued with the relevant shipping agent. 
  • Please note, we do not deliver to PO boxes so try and provide us with a business or residential address.

  • There may be Taxes or Duties applied by customs towards your order when, or after delivery is made. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping charge, and are unable to be paid for, or reimbursed by AMATI Accessories.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs or duties charges that may be incurred on their order.

AMATI Accessories will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for the delayed or lost shipment.
